 Tom Hucker grew up in St. Louis and is a 1988 graduate of Boston College. He has been organizing in this area since that year -- first as an organizer in the environmental movement and then as the founding director of Progressive Maryland, the state's largest grassroots advocacy group. He lives in downtown Silver Spring with his fiancee Amy Fortin, a psychiatric social worker. |
